Service Description
Should your selected DJ be unavailable at the time or booking or become unavailable before your event we will substitute them for the closest matching DJ. We will always confirm this in advance.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your event ... At any point, you will lose your booking fee. Any fees paid in advance of the event are not refundable. Late cancellations are subject to a late cancellation fee. Within 2 weeks, 25% will be due. Within 1 week, 50% will be due. Within 48 hours, 75% will be due. On the day, Full payment will be due. The premium DJ service guarantees your favourite DJ. Should this change you will be offered a discount to standard DJ service If you book the standard DJ Package your DJ may be changed at any time without notice.
